Conference logistics:
Slides and handouts:
If you have slides or handouts for your talk, and would like the hosts to print handouts or present slides, please email Stephen and Peter at least 3 sessions in advance of your session. For those presenting with slides, we recommend bringing your own laptop and any necessary dongles as a backup!
In person attendees:
Please ensure that you have a photograph or physical copy of your vaccination records!
You'll see on the schedule that we both have in-person sessions and Zoom sessions. Every session, even the Zoom sessions, will have an in-person location. For the Zoom sessions, we'll have a separate room where everyone who is interested in attending the Zoom session can "watch" the Zoom talk together. If you would like to bring your own computer so you can Zoom in from the same room, please feel free to do so, but we ask that you mute your microphone to minimize feedback with the in-room microphone.
Zoom attendees:
We're glad that we'll be able to host many of you via Zoom! The current plan is for Stephen and Peter to host all of the sessions in their respective personal Zoom rooms. This means that even if you are Zooming in, but you would like to attend an in-person session, you will be able to do so.
Zoom links will be sent out Thursday 21 April. Please do not share the Zoom link publicly, in order to minimize the risk of "Zoom-bombing".
